	Amitav Bandyopadhyay A dynamic techno-managerial profile with over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, Training, Software, Networking and Services Industry in India and abroad. Amitav is empowered with a Post Graduate Honours Diploma in Systems Management, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advanced Systems Management from NIIT, Certificate in Datacom Technology from AT&T, E&T, USA, Management Development Program from School of Employee Education and Development, NIIT conducted by IIM, Bangalore and Certificate in Quality Management from Phil Crosby Inc. In a decade with NIIT Ltd., Amitav recorded achievements in diverse departments related to IT Training, Software Development, ISO 9000 implementation, IT Consultancy and General Management in various locations within India and abroad. Amongst his significant assignments are being a full time consultant to Toyota Kirloskar Motor, including its parts and IT divisions, consultant to Department of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of Abu Dhabi, Sony Corporation Singapore Pte. Ltd., etc. Some of the companies he has served in various capacities were NIIT Ltd., Zee Interactive Learning Systems Ltd., Siam Food Products Public Company Ltd., Technoforte Software Pvt. Ltd., i-Data Services Pvt. Ltd., etc. He started APT Consulting in 2005 as his second venture, which was converted to APT Technologies India Private Limited in 2006. APT Technologies India is into HR Solutions and ITES Solutions for the domestic market. Amitav also does a lot of consulting assignments on the IT Infrastructure (BS 7799 / ISO 14000 / BS 15000 / ITIL) front. Amitav is the Managing Director looking after business development, organisational networking and finance.
	Prasenjit Tarafdar An objective oriented profile with over 14 years of experience in project and operations management, budgeting and financial planning. Prasenjit has extensive exposure to both managerial and technical roles. He has worked in a spectrum of responsibilities such as business development, manpower management, dealership control, technology implementation. Prasenjit was previously with Zee Interactive Learning Systems Ltd., i-Data Services Pvt. Ltd., etc. Prasenjit is a Director looking after operations and strategic business directions.
