Responsibilities:
1. Align India
training needs to process requirements in co-ordination with onshore SMEs - 20%
2. Design and develop
training documents and modules to be administered to the team - 50%
3. Maintain a training
roster for the year - 5%
4. Customize training
requirements with the quality output expected - 15%
5. Identify refresher
training requirements - 5%
6. Create and maintain
trainee assessment tool - 5%
Reporting to : President (India Operations)
Good communication
skills, both verbal and written, are a must, as are high inter-personal
skills and delivery capability. Should be a quick learner.
Required/Preferred
Qualifications:
Computer/Technology : MS Office, should be able to understand and leverage
technology to improve efficiency
Interpersonal :
High Verbal & Written Communication : Very High
Organizational : Matured,
