Job Description

Work Area: New Feature Development, Review test
plans with QA & participate in code reviews with other developers,
Analyze impact to system and customer, design required functionality,
create technical specifications, attend project meetings and release into
QA, Take ownership of release from conception through deployment, setting
up environments and documenting release notes and technical details
regarding functionality and configuration, Participate and contribute in
conceiving future technology and next generation products, Mentor junior
engineers and be resource for all engineers in area of expertise, Research,
design and develop new feature enhancements for company core products. Must
have proven experience coding object oriented web-enabled/Internet-based
applications in Java, JSP, Must have working knowledge of database
technologies and proven experience with SQL. Must have working knowledge of
Struts framework.
