Responsibilities:
1)
Preparation of the Monthly Management Report
2)
Creation of various monthly G/L journal entries
3)
Prepare technology related journal entries
4)
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements of Technology, Real
Servicing, Real Trans, Real Synergy
5)
Prepare reports necessary for compliance with:
- Licensing requirements
- Investment banker requirements
- Others
6) Prepare monthly billing for all technology related services
Required Qualification
/ Pre-requisites:
Knowledge of US GAAP,
SOX, etc is required
Mortgage Industry
knowledge would be helpful
Demonstrated experience
in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
Good analytical and
independent problem solving skills
Good knowledge of MS
Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint
Factual, direct and
candid communication skills
Ability to work on
multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail oriented,
self-starter
Willing to work later
than normal time if the situation demands it (sometimes may extend into
night shift)
