Job Description

Work Area: Involved in developing in-depth understanding of customer
requirements and existing product functionalities; develop
customer-specific requirements documents that feed product development
process, develop product-specific and customer-specific documentation,
support the development process with product acceptance testing, gather
competitive intelligence, and engage in many other related activities. This
candidate will be part of the implementation team for select strategic
customer implementations and support that team with his/her product
knowledge. This candidate will work closely with the US-based PM team but
also will plan and execute his/her work independently in pursuit of
agreed-upon objectives and deliverables. Product strategy: where are we
going, why, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, etc. Product
requirements: features, customer enhancement request, MRDs
(interface to Engineering/QA), etc. Product marketing: sales support,
collateral, presentations, demo, etc. implementations: support/assist
implementation team.
