Own daily process output - 30%

Establish and nurture relationships with onshore team - 20%

Proactively contribute to process efficiency - 10%

Work with financial analyst to create people and process monitoring tools to
provide visibility to senior management - 5%

Understand, align with and execute long term management strategy

Reporting to : President (India Operations)
Should
be aware of daily operational nuances, true leader with motivation
capabilities. Quick learning capability is a must, as is leading a team
from the front. Relationship management skills are desirable.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
