Responsibilities :

Responsible
for Identifying and Appointing Distributors for the Region.
·
Responsible
for expansion & profitability of prepaid business in the Cluster
·
Achieve
Primary targets for Handsets & RCVs through close supervision of Sales
Executives
·
Set targets
& evaluate Secondary placement & target achievement for Handsets
& RCVs from individual SEs; continuously provide On-Job-Training to
team of SEs
·
Improve
distribution and visibility of Open
Market Handsets
·
To ensure
establishment of a chain of Preferred Retailers in the geography so that
Company Visibility and Customer Service are provided.
·
Design schemes
& promotions to increase distribution width & depth for Handsets
& RCVs (Recharge Card Vouchers)
·
Drive
merchandising excellence
·
Monitor the
performance of towns in the Cluster & initiate review with the SEs on
distributors
·
Create a base
of outlets for RCVs
·
The person has
to work closely with the Cluster Head & the Circle Head to ensure RIM
leadership in all new markets.
REQUIREMENTS:
·
BE/MBA with
6-9 years of experience in Sales in FMCG/FMCD/Telecom background.
·
Must have experience
in Distribution
·
Excellent
communication and leadership skills.
·
Speaking
Kannada preferable.
