Job Description
|
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Preparation of the
Monthly Management Report
- Creation of various
monthly G/L journal entries
- Prepare technology
related journal entries
- Prepare and analyze
monthly financial statements of Commercial Servicing, Affordable
Housing, Real Synergy
- Prepare reports
necessary for compliance with:
- Licensing
requirements
- Investment banker
requirements
- Others
- Prepare monthly
billing for all technology related services
- SOX related testing
KEY RESULT AREA:
- Monitor SBU profit
and loss reporting:
- reconcile cost
center actual to budget
- work with corporate
accounting to reclassify any misapplied cost
- SBU client billing
per contract terms on a monthly basis to include reconciliation to our
Client and his client systems
- General SBU
financial support:
- strategic planning,
- budgets, forecasts,
- staffing models,
- service level
reporting,
- ICP analysis
&reporting, and variations to pricing models
- SBU support for
Sarbox and
- Business Continuity
REQUIRED/PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting and reporting
systems required
- CA
with 3+ years post-qualification / post articles experience handling
financial management for multi-national corporations
- CPA would be a plus
- Demonstrated experience in financial
accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of U.S GAAP
- Highly motivated, detail oriented individual
who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Significant modeling experience
- Proven multi-tasking ability
- Very strong technical and spreadsheet skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
