Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Enter and make changes to Tax Withholding 
  • Enter and make changes to Banking information for Direct Deposit
  • Calculate Retro Pay for Rate Changes   
  • Data Entry of prior pay period adjustments  
  • Deleting of Paid Time Off (PTO) for Terminated Employees
  • Payment of Paid Time Off (PTO) for Terminated Employee
  • Research of Paid Time Off (PTO) for adjustments 
  • Process Manual Checks (assuming checks would be printed in US Payroll office)
  • Discuss and research issues of Cost Centers  
  • Process and Verify Commission Monthly   
  • Update employee pay records with downloads from ADP 
  • KRONOS Administration     
  • Positive pay administration for manual checks
  • Coordinate various processes for year end.
  • Create Paid Time Off (PTO) Dump Report at the beginning of each year
  • Create special reports upon request

KEY RESULT AREA:

  • Monitor SBU profit and loss reporting:
  • reconcile cost center actual to budget
  • work with corporate accounting to reclassify any misapplied cost
  • SBU client billing per contract terms on a monthly basis to include reconciliation to our Client and his client systems
  • General SBU financial support:
  • strategic planning,
  • budgets, forecasts,
  • staffing models,
  • service level reporting,
  • ICP analysis &reporting, and variations to pricing models
  • SBU support for Sarbox and
  • Business Continuity

 

REQUIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to analyze data
  • Excellent execution skills
  • Ability to solve problems in a timely manner
  • Work effectively and efficiently under time constraints
  • Ability to prioritize different tasks
  • Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • ADP and Kronos experience a plus
