KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling the house keeping staff & associated responsibilities

Handling vendor interactions for office procurements
·
Interactions and managing office general affairs related to UPS,
Generator, AC, Fire Safety equipment
·
Handling office stationary stock & relevant general procurements
·
Maintaining proper working & cleanliness of office
·
Handling travel related & transport related responsibilities
REQUIRED SKILLS:
·
Should be a candidate from Bangalore
/ Karnataka (Local) and should know spoken local language of Kannada
·
Should be a Male
·
Should be fluent & strong command over English (Both written
& spoken)
·
Should have had prior exposure working in IT / ITES companies
preferably MNC
·
Should have had exposure to handling transport and travel related
requirements for local and international
·
Should have handled office administration and general affairs
·
Should have had exposure to maintaining, procurement of office
stationary, equipment
