Responsibilities :
·
This role is
responsible for Revenue & Profit delivery for all RIC products in the
assigned Geographical Cluster (including Phase II towns) - the role needs
to coordinate closely with Commercial & CC in fulfillment of tasks
·
Prepare
Business Plans in line with AOP for the Cluster in conjunction with Circle
Prepaid & Postpaid Heads as well as Circle Head / RIM Business Head
·
Review
Performance by Business & implement corrective actions to achieve AOP
·
Increase
Customer acquisitions in Postpaid/Prepaid/FWP.
·
Improve
Prepaid Recharges & reduce Grace Subs
·
Implement
Distribution & Coverage initiatives; Drive Visibility leadership in the
respective towns
·
Ensure optimal
resource utilization in all spheres of business with maximum effect on COCA
·
Monitor &
evaluate Cluster specific Business opportunities, Competitive offerings,
Marketing avenues & recommend plans to capitalize on the same
·
Channel
Management ; WWE Retention;
·
Competition
Benchmarking; People management
REQUIREMENTS:
·
BE/MBA with10+
years of experience in Sales and Operations preferably from Telecom background.
·
Must have
experience in Distribution
·
Excellent
communication and leadership skills.
·
Knowledge of
Kannada preferable..
